We want each homeowner who reaches Treatednowhere Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Treatednowhere Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
